With WERKBLiQ you work together with your customers on one platform. Service assignments are documented with a few clicks, reports are created in a jiffy and are sent directly to the customer.
Say goodbye to unnecessary queries. By direct access to the customer history, you are always up to date. Prioritize to-dos depending on customer and machine condition – solve problems by phone or generate direct on-site operations.

A diary without secrets: any malfunction, repair or alteration is digitally documented and archived. The chronologically maintained entries can be updated in real time and viewed by all authorized employees.
The NETservice has been specially developed for the high demands of customers in the machine tool industry. The main user advantages over previous remote sessions are especially in the multi-user conference, the maximum data security and the optional plug-and-play connection of the new SERVICEcamera from DMG MORI.
The connection of the optional SERVICEcamera enables the livestream from the machine directly to the DMG Mori hotline. The visual supplementation of known phone and online sessions with our DMG Mori service
Of course, stock machines have the possibility to retrofit the IoTconnector and thus also the NETservice.
The Retrofit-Kit of the IoTconnector
Simple retrofitting of the IoTconnector with integrated magnetic mount, USB and Ethernet connection at any point around the machine.
The NETservice is available pre-installed on every IoTconnector and thus an integral part of the latest generation of DMG MORI machines. Customers with stock machines have the possibility to retrofit the IoTconnector by means of an integrated magnetic mount, USB and Ethernet connection at any point around the machine.
The NETservice and the IoTconnector are part of the Monitoring- & service Package of DMG Mori. The package also contains a further three products, which make it easy to start digitizing.
