What is the DMG MORI TMS?

TMS

The DMG MORI Transport Management System is an IT system with a web-based user interface used to allocate carriers across all transport modes (land, air, sea, CEP).

DMG MORI plants, suppliers of direct materials and logistics service providers use the TMS on a common platform for optimum procurement logistics.

By networking all participants in the supply chain on our platform, we speed up processes and increase the number of on-schedule deliveries. The transparency we achieve ensures a significant reduction in manual, time-consuming clarification effort.

Highlights:

  • standardised allocation of transport, irrespective of the service and DMG MORI plant

  • no change in process when service provider changes

  • transparent transport status in the supply chain through track and trace

  • DMG MORI-specific documents are provided by the system

  • monitoring / overview of pending DMG MORI orders
